1. The above quotes are calculated per thousand words (spaces not included.) Certificates are charged by pieces.
2. Manuscripts delivery is free and client can choose to receive either a hard copy or a digital copy/disc.
3. Around 30% to 60% additional fees of the regular quotes will be charged for urgent cases.
4. Quotes and deadlines are negotiable based on client’s specialized or professional requirements.
5. Quotes are negotiable with long-term clients. .

Quotes for Oral Interpretation

Interpretation services including conference or consecutive interpretation, simultaneous interpretation, and multi-lingual tour-guide. Quotes differ based on service types.

Notes:
1. Quotes are based on service provided per day per interpreter, 8 hours is counted as one work day.
2. Services shorter than half of work day are counted as half of a work day; service shorter than one work day but exceeds half is counted as one work day. Overtime payment will be charged for services in non-work days (weekends and holidays.)
3. Clients will be responsible for any dining and transportation fees the interpreter may incur if required to travel outside of their home city.

Quotes for Website Translation:

Quotes for Website Translation differ between static websites (with no database) and cms websites (with database). Specialized translation will be offered according to the type of websites.
Translation fee is calculated according to three different criteria: technology of the web-site, website page numbers, and the number of words translated.
