Our service center places strong emphasis and supervision on the quality of translation. We operate with a strict system to assure the quality of your manuscripts.
Translation process: consultation, evaluation and quotes, signing contracts, pre-payment, project analysis, translation, first revision, second revision, manuscript delivery, customer feedback, and finalization.

We offer programs of manuscript assessment after receiving clients’ request.
Assessment Quote: Clients can email the manuscript to us at . We assign professionals respectively to different stages of work from pre-analysis, manuscript assessment, quote confirmation, to fees and time assessment.
Contract: A contract will be signed by the two parties when reaching an agreement.
Payment: According to the scale of the bid, clients will need to pre-pay 30% to 100% of the translation fee. Pre-payment need to be sent to a designated account.
Project Analysis: A project manager is assigned to each case to conduct a specific analysis of the manuscript. Teams will be assigned to each project according to its scale or volume. Each team will consist of 3-5 professional translators that will go through the professional requirements, glossary, translation styles, format, and editing processes. The project manager will follow up and oversee coordination of the case.
Translation: The project manager will distribute the manuscript and the glossary to translators. The translators will begin translation immediately upon receiving the manuscript. In order to ensure high quality of translation, team members will be in close touch throughout the course and the project manager will be in charge of coordinating and cooperation.
First revision: The project manager will deliver the translated manuscript to professional revisers for proof-reading targeted at technical terms, grammar mistakes, omissions, and consistency of the translation.
Second revision: The project manager will deliver the manuscript after first revision to native speakers of the targeted language for a second revision
Editing: Professional editors typeset the manuscript.
Manuscript Feedback: After completion of the project, the manager will deliver the manuscript to the client via express mail or email, and will follow the manuscript for quality-control. The team will keep revising based on the client’s opinions cautiously and promptly until the finalization.
